UNION FIVE

UNION FIVE is one of the biggest retailers of clothing, skateboarding and snowboarding business in Finland. There are currently two sales channels, one of which acts as an online store.

Even though we're selling products from separate places, we can not promise our miscellanies to be always as exactly the same.


Ordering

You can pick up the products you choose to your shoppingcart by clicking the "Add to cart" -button below each product.

After you've found the products you'd like to buy, go to shoppingcart, choose your payment method and country and check the acceptation of terms and conditions. After you've done this, go to checkout, fill all the required fields carefully and send the order. We will send you an automatic confirmation to your e-mail.

ATTENTION! WITHOUT AN E-MAIL ADDRESS, YOU CAN NOT MAKE AN ORDER.

Payment

Klarna Checkout

With Klarna Checkout you can shop online easily, flexibly and safely. By replying couple of easy questions you identify yourself in the service and can choose the best payment method for you. 

You can choose between following payment methods: invoice, part payment, cards or bank payments - all equally safe! By using Klarna Checkout you agree terms of Klarna Bank AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). Terms can be found on checkout. PayPal

PayPal is a popular worldwide payment transfer service that allows you to pay easily and safely from both your PayPal account and a credit card linked to your account. The options available are a payment from PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.


Shipping

Posti SmartShip (Only in Finland):

The ordered package will be shipped to the nearest post office or parcel point on the next working day at 16.00. The package can be received with a given tracking code. The notification will be sent to the customer by SMS or by mail after the arrival.

We send the tracking code to the customers e-mail address once the order has been processed.

Matkahuolto (Near Parcel) (Only in Finland):

The parcel is delivered to the Parcel Pick-up Point nearest to the consignee’s (recipient’s) address or chosen by the consignor (sender) within 1-3 workdays. Matkahuolto will notify the consignee by a text message when the parcel can be picked up. Parcels are collected at the service point indicated in the arrival notification. Parcels are handed over on presentation of an ID. We send the tracking code to the customers e-mail address once the order has been processed.

Noutopistepaketti (DB Schenker) (Only in Finland):

A comprehensive pick-up network serves customers from morning to night every day of the week. Delivery time is 1-3 days. The recipient will receive a notice of arrival by text message and / or e-mail when the shipment is ready for pick up. Read more www.noutopistepaketti.fi.

GLS (General Logistics Systems) (Other countries / EU):

We only deliver products to EU countries. Standard delivery time take place by 12 p.m. on working days (Mon-Fri). The packages will be delivered by General Logistics Systems Finland Oy.

Pickup from Helsinki Forum (Only in Finland):

The order can be delivered to UNION FIVE store (Helsinki Forum). The order is only possible to prepay with the online payment methods.

The order will be ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. The customer will be notified either by phone or by e-mail when the order is ready for pickup.

Pick up from stock (Only in Finland):

The order can be picked up from the UNION FIVE netstore stock. The order is only possible to prepay with the online payment methods.


Shipping time

After we've received the order, the package will be prepared for shipping to your address within the next working day. Total delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days in Finland and 2 to 8 days to other countries depending on the delivery location.


Delivery costs

All prices are in in euros and include the VAT of 24%.

Finland

The shipping costs will be determined according to the chosen delivery method. In addition, invoice payments are added a billing charge 2,90 € / order. More than 100 € orders will not be added any delivery costs (free shipping).

Other countries

All the prices are informed in euros (€). The delivery costs depend on a delivery zone or a total price of the ordered products. You can find your zone from here.

If the total price of your order goes over 300 €, we're not charging any delivery costs (free shipping).


Returning & Exchanging

The unused product can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the merchant's address at which the merchant will be returned. The product can be exchanged for another without additional costs.

We will deduct from the returns a refund of 5,90 €. The shipping fee will not be refunded even in the return situation.

When more than 100 € subscription is partially refunded so that the actual purchase is less than € 100, we will deduct both the delivery and the refund costs.

During the withdrawal period, the customer has the right to access the product and try it in the same way as when purchasing the goods. The customer can also open the package to investigate and try out the goods without losing their right of withdrawal. However, the item can not be used. The product to be returned with its packaging must be in the same condition as the new one and all the product labels remain unopened.

ATTENTION! VIDEOS AND DVD'S CAN NOT BE RETURNED BECAUSE OF THE COPYING POSSIBILITY!


Returning instructions

Pack the returned product carefully and deliver the return pick-up point. Add a receipt or a copy of your purchase and a description of whether it is a replacement or a refund to speed up processing. If the product has been used, we will not accept the refund.

When you're returning the package from abroad, get it to your local post office and send it as "a customer return package" with a keycode "UNION FIVE". The customer always pays the costs of the refund.

When doing business with us, we want our customers to feel confident that their personal information and credit card data is completely safe. We'll do everything to keep you satisfied with the service and the products we hope you order from our netstore. We also hope you to be a fair customer to us. If somehow not, there's a chance to get your account banned for an undefined period. But of course that won't be happening to anyone ;)
